Chef Christof provides for his guests every day, and when he also plays the accordion afterwards, it brings everyone to their feet.
Ingrid, Christof's wife, takes loving care of the decorations and flowers in the house and you'll find her in the kitchen and serving guests. And if you come in the quietest time of the year – during Advent – you will hear the fine notes of the zither.

Our delicious Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancake) or the "best apple strudel in the valley" – as our regular guests say – are baked by senior chef Anna & Ingrid fresh every day. South Tyrolean dishes such as dumplings, Hungarian goulash soup, Brettljause (regional cold meat and cheese board), and much more, all taste wonderful.
Senior chef Siegfried is always ready with a friendly joke, or when he starts telling interesting tales from the past, everyone in the Stube becomes quiet as a mouse....
As you can see, we remain a "purely" family business and live true South Tyrolean hospitality from the heart ... something you can feel every day you stay with us.
Celebrations & groups
Celebrate with us in a warm and cozy atmosphere. You will find space for celebrations and groups of up to 50 people with us. Reunions, birthdays, baptisms or the like: We will be happy to pamper you with Marende (traditional 'in-between' snack of cold cuts) or cook the menu of your choice for you. We look forward to taking your reservation!
